이 연구의 목적은 NCS를 활용 중인 기업이 어떤 요인에 의해 NCS를 지속적으로 활용할의도를 갖는지를 파악하기 위해 기술수용모형(TAM)을 활용하여 지각된 이용용이성과 유용성이 만족을 매개로 지속활용의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는 것이다. 연구 목적을 달성하기 위하여 NCS 기업 활용 컨설팅을 받은 925개 기업대상으로 조사하여, 실제 NCS를 활용하고 있는 기업 중 응답한 241개 기업을 대상으로 최종적으로 분석하였다. 직접 경로를 분석한 결과, 지각된 이용용이성(PEU)은 지각된 유용성(PU)에, 지각된 유용성(PU)은 만족(SAT)에, 지각된 이용용이성(PEU)은 만족(SAT)에, 지각된 유용성(PEU)은 지속활용의도(INT)에, 만족(SAT)은 지속활용의도(INT)에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 간접 경로를 분석한 결과, 만족(SAT)은 지각된 유용성(PU)과 지속활용의도(INT)의 관계와지각된 이용용이성(PEU)과 지속활용의도(INT)의 관계를 완전매개하는 것으로 밝혀졌고, 지각된 이용용이성(PEU)은 지각된 유용성(PU)과 만족(SAT)을 순차적으로 경유하여 지속활용의도(INT)에 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 이 연구는 기술수용모형(TAM)을 통해 NCS를 지속적으로 활용할 수 있도록 하는 영향요인을 찾아내고, 실증적으로 분석함과 동시에 정책적 전략 수립 기반을 마련하는 기초연구로서 의미가 크다고 할 수 있다. 이 연구를 기반으로 모형에 포함되지 않은 다앙한 외생변인들을 구명하고, 변인간의 구조적 관계를 파악하는 구조방정식 모형 등을 활용한 후속 연구가 지속되어야 할 것이다.

The purpose of this study is empirically analyze whether companies using NCS have intentions to continue using it through satisfaction with the usefulness and ease of use using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). To achieve the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted on 925 companies that received consulting on the use of NCS companies, and a final analysis was conducted on 241 companies that responded among those actually using NCS. As a result of direct path analysis, perceived ease of use (PEU) led to perceived usefulness (PU), perceived usefulness (PU) led to satisfaction (SAT), and perceived ease of use (PEU) led to satisfaction (SAT). Perceived usefulness (PEU) had a significant effect on intention to continue use (INT), and satisfaction (SAT) had a significant effect on intention to continue use (INT).This study designs a research model that allows continuous use of NCS through the technology acceptance model (TAM) at the time of spreading the job- and competency-centered HR culture of Korean companies, identifies influencing factors, and empirically analyzes them. At the same time, it can be said to be significant as basic research that lays the foundation for establishing policy strategies. As a result of analyzing the indirect path, satisfaction (SAT) was found to completely mediate the relationship between perceived usefulness (PU) and continuous usage intention (INT), and the relationship between perceiced ease of use (PEU) and continuous usage intention (INT), Perceived ease of use (PEU) influenced continuous usage intention (INT) sequentially through perceived usefulness (PU) and satisfaction (SAT). This study is significant as a basic research that identifies and empirically analyzes influencing factors that enable continuous usage of NCS through the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and at the same time lays the foundation for establishing policy strategies. Based on this study, follow-up research should be continued using structural equation models to identify various exogenous variables that are not included in the model, design a research model, and identify structural relationships between variables
