저자 김진실 대표(스킬즈퓨처코리아)는 서울대학교 산업인력개발학 학사, 석사, 박사학위를 받은 후 한국산업인력공단에 입사하여, 다양한 산업과 중소기업의 인적자원개발 및 경영, 스킬 기반 HRD 시스템 구축에 대한 깊은 이해와 노하우를 가지고 있다. 이를 기반으로 지난 4월 스킬즈퓨처코리아(한국스킬문화원)를 창업한 후, 그동안의 전문성과 노하우를 바탕으로 작성된 이 책은 기업 성장과 직원 개발에 관심 있는 CEO들에게 큰 도움이 될 것이다.
